Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about buying land with Navy DXB Realty, scheduling viewings, and the services we provide across the Emirates.

The Buying Process

Begin by browsing our current projects and submitting an enquiry for any that interest you. Our team will reach out to understand your objectives, budget, and timeline, then shortlist options that fit — from there we arrange viewings and guide you through every step to closing.

You will need a valid passport copy (and visa page for residents), proof of funds or a mortgage pre-approval if financing, and a UAE ID. For companies, trade licence and incorporation documents are also required. We provide a clear checklist tailored to your purchase.

Yes. We coordinate the entire transfer with the relevant Dubai Land Department or emirate authority, including the title deed issuance, so your ownership is registered correctly and without delay.

Property Viewings

Absolutely. Once you express interest, we schedule a site visit at a time that suits you. Where physical access is limited, we arrange a detailed virtual walkthrough and share current photos, master plans, and location maps.

Viewings take place on-site at the project location. A typical visit lasts 45–90 minutes, giving you time to assess the plot, surroundings, access roads, and nearby infrastructure. We can combine several plots into one tour on request.

Our Real Estate Services

We provide investment advisory, market analysis, site selection, zoning and master-plan review, negotiation, transfer handling, and post-sale support. Whether you are an end-user, investor, or developer, we tailor our service to your goal.

Yes. We assist international investors throughout — from remote shortlisting and virtual viewings to power-of-attorney arrangements and full remote transaction management, ensuring a secure and transparent purchase.
